Fully Automatic High Tension Strapping Machine The NP6000 is a high speed ( single strapped, regardless of bundle height, up to 49 bundles per minute) strapping system for today’s graphic industry. Building on over 25 years of experience in the graphic industry. The NP6000 can handle bundle variables with ease due to its variable speed conveyor, narrow spaced conveyor belts, soft clamp compression and bundle-conditioning system. Helping to cut maintenance time in half we add these features: removable body panels, a newly designed arch track, pre-lubricated gripper system and a quick release heater blade. There are several features that make the NP6000 very user friendly - end of strap sensor , jog dial operation, a PLC control with operation unit and display, quick change XL dispenser system and an easy strap feeding system.
